Jamal Murray Says Instagram Was Hacked

Jamal Murray #27 of the Denver Nuggets

Nuggets star Jamal Murray apologizes to his fans after his Instagram account was hacked.
"First and foremost I would like to apologize to my fans," Murray tweeted on Sunday morning. "My account has been hacked, currently working on the issue. Thanks."
On early Sunday morning, Murray's IG Stories started to become filled with bizarre posts. This included what appeared to be a sex tape of Murray allegedly having intercourse with a woman who could've been his girlfriend, Harper Hempel. All the posts—including the video—were quickly deleted off his profile.
After fixing the hack, Murray decided to scrub Instagram of his presence by deactivating his profile. Although the footage was removed off his profile, people were still able to grab the video and other posts before they were deleted. This led Hempel to ask them to get rid of the clip.
Hempel's IG has also been deactivated.
Fans also took to Twitter to react to the hack.
